Q: If I am interested in a product, how do I select and pay for my purchase online?

A: Simply follow these steps:

  1. On the page where the product is displayed, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. Once you are done choosing the products you require, click on the "CART" Icon at the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click on "Checkout". You will be required to select a delivery option and complete a delivery address. We currently accept Amex, PayPal, Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Atome and ShopBack.

Q: How many products can I order at one time?

A: There would not normally be any restriction. However, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. This is especially for products that may be on offer.

Q: What mode(s) of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payments via Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX), PayPal and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.

Q: How long will it take for my order(s) to be processed?

A: We endeavour to process your order(s) within 2-3 working days following payment. If the order was placed on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day. (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are non-working days)

Q: Can I place an order for item(s) from our listed brands that is/are not listed on the webstore?

A: Yes. Kindly email us at info@unsprung.com.sg with the product details and your contact details. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Q: What if the product I have added to my cart sells out before I complete the purchase?

A: We may not be able to fulfill your order due to products selling out or having insufficient quantities to satisfy your order. This can happen before you complete the purchase as there may be simultaneous purchases made by other customers. In the event that product(s) sell out, the system will display a message that indicates the product is no longer in stock and you will not be able proceed with payment. In the event that product(s) have insufficient quantities to fulfill your order, you will be prompt to reduce your order quantity before proceeding with payment.

Q: What if an item I have added to my cart sells out after I complete the purchase?

A: We will contact you via email or phone to update you on availability the next business day. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Q: If I have placed a downpayment to reserve and/or order items, and later decides to cancel on the reservation and/or order, will the downpayment be refunded?

A: The downpayment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. However, you may receive the value in store credit (at the company's discretion) which will be valid with no expiry, unless notified by the company.

By placing an order with the company, you understand and agree to the terms below:
i) The estimated time of arrival is only an estimate and to the company’s best knowledge. I accept that delays are possible.

ii) Downpayment is non-refundable and/or non-transferable.

iii) The item purchased is non- refundable and/or non-transferable.

iv) Complete bike specifications are subject to change without notice.

Q: What is Unsprung's cancellation/refund policy?

A: We do not cancel, refund or exchange products in the event that you have changed your mind after your order has been placed.

Q: If I have ordered items online, can I request for alterations to be made to the items? 

A: We do not provide alteration services (eg. trimming handlebar to length, size alteration for apparels etc...) for online orders. 

Q: Why is it that the item received looks slightly different to the image on your website?

A: We make the best efforts to provide the most accurate representation of the actual product. However, there may be certain variations in colour shades, hues and specification sometimes due to screen settings and manufacturer updates. Kindly note that images depicted are for illustration purposes so that you get the best information about the product before purchase. If you will like to have a proper look at the product before making your purchase, we encourage you to drop by our store.

Q: What are Unsprung's Bike Bag Rental terms and conditions?

A:  You may collect your bike bag on the 1st day of your booking during our shop’s operating hours.

For Changes or Cancellation more than 30 days to pick-up date:

You will receive a 100% refund of your booking fee via gift card and will incur a $20 administrative fee for rescheduling/cancellation options.

For Changes or Cancellation 30 days or less to pick-up date:

You will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee via gift card and will incur a $20 administrative fee for rescheduling/cancellation options.

The final amount refunded via gift card will be the refundable amount less the administrative fee.
