When wind and gradient conditions vary, Solix SL 35/45 Combo offers a 35mm deep front and 45mm deep rear rim combo that balances low weight with increased aerodynamics. This configuration is ideal for riders that see uphill and rolling routes regularly and want a light wheelset that offers climbing acumen, but will keep speed when cranking across the valley floor. The 605 points of engagement the Solix freehub yields keeps power applied consistently, and is ready for any acceleration or upshift to a taller gear.
Our Solix SL hub and spoke system is designed with aerodynamics in mind, featuring 24 Sapim CX-Ray bladed steel spokes to ensure smooth airflow while maintaining a compliant experience. Riders looking for the lowest weight pure road wheels should look into our Solix SL 35. If you’re interested in something a little faster on the flats, the Solix SL 45 is your best bet.
